# One fee. The whole firm.

A platform fee, a seat fee, and the credits that come with them. No modules to unlock, no "call for pricing,"
no consultant on retainer to keep it running. The whole price list is on this page.

## Three numbers, and that is the invoice.

### Platform — $25,000

per month, per firm — billed annually. The entire operating system. Every case, every bank, every jurisdiction you run — one fee, no modules.

- Unlimited bank clients & portfolios
- Compliance engine — all fifty states pre-configured
- Mailroom, Rights Radar & litigation
- Glass portals for every bank client
- Sealed audit exports, unlimited
- Migration & onboarding included

### Seats — $49

per seat, per month — billed annually. Every collector, attorney and compliance officer. Your banks log in free.

- Full workspace access by role
- Microsoft sign-in, MFA included
- Bank-side viewers always free
- Add or remove seats any month

### Intelligence — 25,000

AI credits a month — included, then metered. Otto's drafting, plain-English search and document reading. Metered simply as you scale, not sold as a tier.

- Workflow drafting from a sentence
- Plain-English account search
- Mail reading & rights detection
- Volume pricing past included credits

## Four things that are not a line item.

- **Migration & onboarding** — Your history comes across as part of the fee, not as a statement of work.
- **Bank-side viewer seats** — Your clients read their own portfolios in Glass. You are not billed for them.
- **Sealed audit exports** — Unlimited, on every plan. An export is evidence, so it is never a metered product.
- **Microsoft sign-in & MFA** — Entra sign-in and multi-factor are how the product ships, not an enterprise upsell.

## Two vendors you can take off the list.

### Otto Mail — $1.29

per letter, postage included · replaces the print shop. Write the letter and you're done — somewhere, a printer you'll never meet prints it, posts it, tracks it, and logs the green card. Postage included.

- Demand letters, notices & statements
- Address verification on every piece
- Certified & return-receipt options
- Every piece logged to the account

### Otto Voice — 3¢

per minute, recording included · replaces the dialer vendor. The dialer lives inside the case file. Every call pre-cleared before it rings, recorded and transcribed after — and AI agents make the first pass so your people make the calls that matter.

- Built-in dialer on every case
- AI voice agents for first-pass outreach
- Text-to-pay in every follow-up
- Pre-dial clearance, recording & transcript

## Otto Redact, for firms whose data can't leave the building.

A desktop app that tokenizes every SSN, date of birth and account number on your own machine before anything
reaches a model, and rehydrates the answer locally. $3,000 per month, per firm, plus $25 per seat, per month —
billed annually, and included with the Platform plan.

## The terms, in plain English.

- **Annual agreement** — Billed annually. Volume terms above 100 seats — bring your headcount and we will quote it.
- **Seats flex monthly** — Add or remove seats in any month. Bank-side viewer seats are never billed.
- **Add-ons are metered** — You pay for the letters you actually send and the minutes you actually use. No minimum.
- **Every state, day one** — All fifty states ship configured, built on our published fifty-one-jurisdiction statute reference. Onboarding tunes your states to your practice and your clients' rules — it does not wait on a product release.
- **Audited on every plan** — Every action is written to the audit trail whatever you pay. It is not a tier.

Prices on this page are list prices for a US firm and are what we quote from. Nothing here is a statement about your compliance posture — Otto ships controls and an audit trail; what you do with them is your practice’s call. See the terms for the full agreement.
